Yoline Lab TPU is engineered to redefine flexible 3D printing by combining a full hardness range, exceptional printability, and high-speed performance within a unified material system.

 

Unlike most conventional TPU materials that often require specialized extrusion assistance or modified hardware, Yoline Lab TPU is designed for stable and consistent printing without auxiliary extrusion support across most grades.

 

Our TPU portfolio includes a wide hardness range, covering 85A, 90A, 95A, 98A, and 72D, enabling users to select the optimal balance between flexibility and strength for different applications.

 

Except for 85A, all other TPU grades are engineered for stable extrusion and smooth feeding without requiring additional extrusion assistance, making them compatible with standard FDM printers while maintaining high-performance output.

 

The A95 formulation supports ultra-high-speed flexible printing up to 500mm/s, maintaining consistent extrusion and strong layer adhesion even under high-speed conditions.

 

Across the entire TPU lineup, strict moisture control is applied, ensuring moisture content remains below 0.3%, significantly reducing common printing issues such as bubbling, stringing, and surface defects.

 

Each filament is manufactured under real-time laser diameter monitoring with a tolerance of ±0.03mm, ensuring dimensional consistency and reliable feeding performance. Combined with precision spooling technology, Yoline Lab TPU delivers stable, long-duration printing with minimal interruptions.

 

In addition, all TPU products are packaged using vacuum-sealed, reusable aluminum foil packaging with desiccant protection. This packaging system helps preserve material freshness, provides excellent moisture resistance, and can be resealed for long-term storage after opening.
